I was playing fine for a while and then suddenly everytime I start to play the either the server is crashing or I time out. I can't tell if it is me or the server. Can someone verify?

Ok I am positive the server is crashing over and over again. I just played one round against Wu_Yoga and then at the start of the next I get a connection timeout and crash. Then I jump onto TF2 again and refresh my favorites server list and arena doesn't show up.
