The questions posed by the movie "Where do we come from? Who made us? How did we get here? Is there a God?" was never even answered. In fact all it did was give us more questions. So what is the point of the movie if none of the questions were answered?

Huh??? So you're basically saying the movie is pointless because it didn't answer those. For it being based around such a controversial topic, I think it's better that it keeps people guessing.

Easily the most infuriating plot hole that I can think of was the fact that the chick had the alien removed from her body, and DIDN'T TELL ANYONE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE REST OF THE MOVIE.

Honestly, most people probably wouldn't say anything if it actually happened to them for fear of them getting forced into quarantine/killed. If it was me I probably would've told the black captain because he was in my opinion the most trustworthy/understanding, so I'd just get his help to go back in that room to kill that thing.
