The cases I've seen he didn't even try and justify his behavior, he simply looked at extremely reasonable doubts about his judgment and replied with the likes of "U MAD", which for his position is worse than an admission of guilt.
And it's like these people have said, you can't talk about it there in any way because he'll instantly delete your post and ban you. Which is the definition of acting guilty.
Even when he came here his attitude was "What are you going to do about it" instead of "This is why I took this action".
