Oatmeal was under a caution for VALVe for the same thing. I have seen his steam suppourt ticket to back this up. So if we tool VALVe cautions the same way we did UTC cautions, SR cautions etc I would have kept The Oatmeal marked.

If that caution was from UTC, because he bought some hats from a scammer for example he would go straight to a scammer tag, as a result of his (numerous) offences.
