So let me get this straight. Our server has a problem like once every six months and we aren't doing a good job? So far I count three forum issues that this server was concerned with. .

I count six from the past 12 months that weren't specifically server reboot related.
All the SourceOP servers have issues (with idiots, mic spammers, porn spray spammers, etc), however all of the others could have been resolved via contactadmin.
I get that PH is the most unique community SOP has, and perhaps its own admin would make sense. But that's a different discussion (one that hasn't worked to get more admins on the other servers) and doesn't change the fact that contactadmin is a better way of dealing with this (and adding one of the admins on your friends list) than posting about it three times in the past month or two.
