Mann Company does have a store. They charge $2.50 for keys.
They also sell the items that you could get in the crates, so I don't see what the arguement is about illegal gambling, and admitting thier items are worth money.
We are undercutting that market, and that hurts their business.
Interpol has jurisdiction over copyright infringement, so there is an authority you could appeal to for theft of intellectual property. If Hollywood can't get it done, Valve isn't going to do much better.
This community polices itself, there is no need for Valve to do more customer service than they already do. (Still waiting to hear back about my winter keys they sold me after deadline.)
