sharking is not getting a good deal or a lowball. Don't get it twisted. You're allowed to pay less than best price for a hat =/ The community doesn't have a problem with that 
Searching for people that don't trade and know values and abusing that lack of knowledge is wrong. Paying 50% of an items worth is fine if the seller knows it's worth. If the buyer informs the seller of the true value before making your offer, that's fine.
The problems begin is when the buyer says things like "I don't know what it's worth" when they clearly do. That's just an example, things can be much worse than that and it's rarely black and white. Avoiding the truth is basically lying and should be treated as such. Just because you omit facts, it doesn't mean you're doing the right thing.
