Agreed, for the longest time I asked for rep ONLY when involving paypal, now it has expanded to middle manning. Still, anything involving money or absolute trust (such as trading me your items in confidence) deserves a rep comment, though i had a long three day discussion of terms with the guy who wanted my ghosts TC and he was polite and awesome, so i repped him. A fetti for a fetti? Not rep worthy.
