Profile and thread rep can both be manipulated. So you have to evaluate each carefully. Look at the comments and who left them. What were they for? I can point to just as many "meaningless" reps in these threads.
How many people here have impersonators that link their reps? Countless.
I dont have a rep thread... I use my profile. How many impersonators do I have? ZERO. I can also back up my rep with my ebay seller feedback.. guess those 2500 sales dont count either?
It cracks me up when folks like you write my rep doesnt count because it is on my profile. Especially, when Ive bought and sold more unusuals than you and your friends combined.
I agree though... rep should not be left for a normal trade. Cash transactions only.
