I see a fair amount of people every day breaking the rules with bumps, or no steam profile in rep threads etc.
When i look up to see who is online and i see no mods or admins are present i just forget about it, if there was a report button on every post then at least i could guarantee it would be seen at some point.
I myself moderate a phpbb forum and it seems odd you would omit the report function, unless is has been abused in the past.
Apologies if this has been suggested before.
