After the last update, I lost my reserved slot on sourceOp. I have not tried this morning but I was trying all night last night and it kept telling me the server is full.

I beleive there are around 6 reserved slots on the server.

That means the server was flooded with donators

12 is the limit. Did you see a message that said "you have a reserved slot but the servers 12 reserve slots are in use"?

Also, DF, related issue in case I forget later: today for the first time since I got my reserved slot it kicked me from the server FOR a reserved slot. It immediately let me back in with my own reserved slot, but I know it shouldn't do that.

Also: someone told me today they got kicked for a reserved slot while playing medic, which I know shouldn't happen anymore. Something seems to be weird.

Valve must have changed something in the update that affects the way the slots work or something. Or so it seems.

I was playing with a friend who was ranked high (second?) on the scoreboard and I'm pretty sure he was playing medic to (although he might have changed to demo) a few days ago who got kicked for a reserved slot.

Don't the reserved slots only kicks lower scoring players?

I thought I had a reserved slot myself, but no clue on how to work it. Am I supposed to connect via console? Or what?

ODIN, it's a problem I know about that only happens when the server first comes up. It's just a problem with the server CFGs and execution order that I haven't fixed yet. Can you check your reserved slot now? Also, unless the medic is doing exceptionally terrible with KPD he should not get kicked.
