NOOKIE FUBAR ASKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!
#1

Hello there friends,

I am in need of your generous support. You see, I'm a college student and I am poor. Well, not that poor. Unfortunately though, my gaming rig did not make the move with me when I returned to school. I am without a system and would kill for a computer that can run TF2. It's hard for me to save up enough money to buy another one. I know it's a long shot but anyone out there in sourceop land willing or able to help a fellow gamer out? maybe you have an extra computer lying around somewhere that you're not using...

I know it sounds a bit selfish, but I am lonely and have nothing to do on the weekends Sad

I would be ever so appreciative!

thank you.

P.S: DF, I've been playing sourceop servers for some three years now, so you kinda owe me here :?

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the State.

If one of my spare mini's could play it I'd gladly send one your way. Since they can't, I'd suggest what I did in college - Dell/Apple/HP credit line. Not reported to the major credit firms (at least they weren't 7 years ago) if you have issues paying a month or two, if you have that worry. You're not really in college if you don't make at least one stupid purchase on credit.

Look for a cheap basic office computers, those that are about 500$ each, if you can buy it via partly, or whatever that "pay x amount each month" in english is again, take it, if you have any spare parts to upgrade, do so. But basic office computers should still run TF2 on DX8 eitherway.

Then start paying it each month slowly, you should be able to scrap 30 - 50$ each month if you live cheap enough.

Just get a credit line from newegg.com in your roomate/parent's name and build a 400$ computer and never pay for it.
