So... I know on high peak times that the reserved slots don't function because there are already 16 paying regulars on. That's fine. But... the last couple weeks or so even autojoin doesn't work.

I set the autojoin... join a different server... the autojoin kicks in... and I get the Oh you have a reserved slot but the 16 reserved slots are already full and am suddenly not in any server. I'm not trying to use the reserved slot...

Last weekend the autojoin was interrupted like that 5 consecutive times and it took over an hour and a half to get on #1.

I can see not being able to kick someone with the slot if there are alreayd 16 players on, sort of. But not being able to get on the server at all if a spot opens up? That's dumb and/or broken.

That's because somebody else has auto join enabled and gets a connection established before you. Basically what happens is two people see a slot is free at once, but of course only one gets in. Sorry the server is so popular...

SourceOP is the best, even waiting two hours is worth it because I love SourceOP.

Then change it so it says sorry server is full.... the reserved slot notice makes it seem broken and extra special frustrating.

Alternative solution: fix the lag on #2 (I realize this means moving it to better hardware, and there's costs involved, etc) and update the rotation so that #1 isn't the cool kids server anymore. Make both viable options for the regulars/reserved slot folks to choose from.
