Id say itd put even more work on you beings that if someones doing it repeatedly theyre just going to keep doing it requiring you to have stared at the chat for that much longer.
Maybe a plugin that would remember people that quit&rejoin or team swap immediatly after they're autobalanced. Plugin could warn them then kick/ban repeat offenders.

I press button 1 on the keyboard and take what I get... that means the losing team. Sometimes when I see people going spec to join their previous team, somebody initiates a votekick, but nothing becomes of it because the guy leaves before he can be votekicked. Just before he leaves, he'll threaten to grief by sitting in spectator until he can join the winning team. Is that fair for other players now? Other players who would more than likely kill to PLAY THE GAME?

Yeah I know this seems lenient. However, I'm a nice guy and I'm willing to give the idiots who do this a couple of tries to realize what the fuck they're doing before being banned.
So far I can keep a general track of which fucking idiots keep doing this. I'm hoping after a couple bans everyone else will have caught on. :evil:

I tend to shift towards defense, or yes, the winning team. I'm not a fantastic player myself, so honestly, me being on the team "most likely to win" kind of helps destack it, I'm so bad.

Is hacking/griefing still a problem on Valve Maps #1? Can we disable spectator again?

Far as I know boelter there hasn't been any hackers recently. The server has probably banned a few without me noticing.
There is the occasional griefer though.

I think auto balance picks the person with the best KDR (of those that are dead). I get auto balanced quite frequently whenever I'm doing good. Which is pretty much all the time.

Man, those were the days. The server would work itself into a frenzy every time Duplex joined.
