there is a reason why you have to build on your own control point if you want to get a lvl3 that lasts more than 5 seconds

infact I'm getting the PDQ as soon as its out and I'll probably end up with more lvl1 kills than my current ammount of lvl3 frags

If I play engy, I usually do it on offense and build sneaky surprise level 1 sentries. Beats sitting on your sentry whacking it all day.
