I normally don't ask to light up my arrows because my aim as a Huntsman is quite terrible. Let's say I fire all 12 arrows in one sitting against a moving target. Only one of those arrows will likely hit the intended target. When I don't ask, a Pyro will randomly light my arrow and it will go to waste because I either lost my target or I needed to bail out of a bad situation.

No point in waiting for lights, headshots with arrow spam in choke points are far too common to wait for anything at all but another arrow to chuck.
