TBH there is really no problem with outpost.
The admins/mods only bitch if u're rude/scam/arent actually trading.
The only problem with outpost is the people who use it--for the most part--lowballing/highballing bastards. And changing trading sites (from outpost to bazaar) wouldnt change a thing, you'll still have the same retards buying/selling.

In real life, when you don't like a product or business and the customer service they provide, you stop using said product or business. If enough people feel the way you do and stop using their website, I'm sure they would change their ways and implement better services to accommodate you.
Having that said, 11 is a bit young but this is the internet. There really is no sure way of checking someone's age. Heck, Butane was only 12 when he rised to power. He was still in middle school playing with yo-yos and watching Wizards of Waverly Place after school with Beef. Who are we to judge?

meh, I know some young admins and most of them handle it well. There's one young admin whom I trust more than many older admins. It's about actions, not age.
I'm not exactly mature though, but I can man up when I need to.
Edit: Which admin are you talking about? There are no 11 year old admins on Outpost. (Confirmed by 2 outpost admins)
