The player you linked me to is Miphares/LordEC/lots of names. He wasn't discussed in this thread so I don't know what you mean "still active."

i think viby is trying to report a player as cheating, and saying the offending player is very active. (lordec is in fact, a very active player)

LordEC, afaik, is not a cheater (just a really good player - his entire clan is really good actually)

i don`t understand this:

2) on this side rank is: Cheater points: 152,521

3) this side has 6 pages ! Aliases -> ok, some players very often change there name....are this changes by the cheater ?

4) why can this player connected to the server ? he is on the cheater list: http://sourceop.hlstatsx.com/?mode=cheaters&game=tf

5) is this player hacked by the cheater and use his account ?

Oh, the cheater list is just people who are not allowed to be ranked in HLStatsX. This usually happens when people use unfair methods (reconnecting before dieing, building lots of sentries just for the point bonus, etc) to get more points.

wouldn't it be better to modify the algorithms for HLSTATSX to break these methods? (like making losing a sentry by it dieing worth the same amount as building one, removing points for sapping and removing sappers, etc.)

I think that this would be better than trying to judge methods of play unfair.

edit: also, make the maximum point transfer higher than 25, so even if they do manage to cheat and get 100k+ points they get COMPLETELY fucked once somebody with somebody with 10k- points kills them.

Wouldn't that just give point whore engies more reason to build crap where it can be destroyed, like 2fort engies putting teleports on the battlements.
