Look over on the left, for Server Bans. Click that, see if you're on the active list. If not, then don't worry about it. If you are, post it here with an explanation as to what you think you didnt do.

He does not seem to be banned or have been banned, I think hes confused unless he has additional accounts.

i was kicked, and when i tried to rejoin it said i was banned. Unless the server has a thing that makes it so you can't rejoin until the match ends. Then in that case i guess i wasnt banned

All votekicks are a 5min? ban I believe. It's set that way to prevent people to rejoin instantly.

Actually I think AFK isn't a ban. The rest of the "bad" ones are.

Their is no history of a ban for STEAM_0:1:29587265 on SOP servers unless you used a different account, if so, please pm me the accounts steam ID. Otherwise you were banned somewhere else and mistakenly posted here, in that case, we cannot help you.
