If you just got your res slot then you gotta wait till the map resets before your res slot is active.

no i dont have and wont pay for reserve and some reason im the only 1 that gets kicked by someone with reserve slot within minutes of joining the game. how can i get bad kdr wen i literally just get in game walk out of spawn and get get kicked

If you really don't like it then buy a reserved slot or find a different server to play on.
