Ok so i've been searching some threads and it seems that the admin is only allowing custom weapon skins on the servers. On 24/7 2fort [instant respawn], I can see custom world models/skins (w_model) but not my custom first person skins (v_model). Working as intended?

Custom skins and sounds are not allowed on sourceop servers to my knowledge.

Custom v_models are blocked because they could allow for mathacks. The weapon you are holding and the model you see on your screen are the w_models. These are fine to reskin since they only apply to the weapon you hold.
