$1500 isn't really classified as "budget" build :-p
I personally would buy a bigger SSD, and dump such an expensive case. I have a 128GB SSD and I'm constantly fighting for space on it. I guess if you only play a couple of games it is fine, but the summer sale raped my HD.
I also prefer the 680GTX over the Radeon, but that's just me.

Not a single thing in this build qualifies as budget.

Amen to that. I have 60ga sad for windows and a 128good for everything else. My next build I am going one big sad. The bigger the sad, the better the performance since they are (if I understand correctly) a bunch of small flash drives in raid0.
