Each time I set the timezone to GMT -3.5 hours, it keeps changing to GMT -4 hours.

i'm recognizing problems with the time setting too... i've selected gmt +1 but it will only display gmt +0 here :/

I have similar issues with DST on sourceop, half the year my time is correct, half the year its not. D:<
Edit: welp, didnt realise the dude above necro'd big time, either way, the point is valid
