If there are cheaters in the server, say contact admin in normal chat. A form will pop up that you can fill out. If you select emergency, I will get a text message about the incident on my phone and can respond quickly.
You can also use this form outside of game:
http://www.sourceop.com/contactadmin.php
Make sure you select emergency, problem, or feedback.
Abuse of the form will get you permanently banned.

No. But if you use it to call everyone a cheater all the time, but you really are just terrible, I'll probably just block you from the form or something.
You can/should use it for mic spammers, severe widespread lag, and other bad stuff like that too.
The contact admin thing has been around for a few months, just not very many people knew about it.

its kinda difficult to type in the thing tho as the letters take forever to appear

this is awesome man. Will use if i see one. I'm sure i'll have to use it at least once. I've seen some speed hackers before.
