The Goldrush server seems to be lagging extremely bad.
Any ideas what's up with this?

Yeah I had to quit playing on this server because of the lag.

Thanks. I restarted it this morning. It should be fine now. I figured something was wrong with it since it never got full all day Tuesday.
When you say lagging, what exactly was wrong? Spikes? High latency? What were the effects? Players jumping around or what? If you give some more information I can probably figure out what leads to it.

It's not high latency, my ping to the server was at most 50's.
Best way to describe it is that the lag would spike regularly as people were playing, and then a kind of time warp would happen.
It would take about a full minute to reload, and then you would see yourself reloading and then backtracking to where you weren't reloaded.
Players would look like they were moving normally in matrix style slow motion, and then teleport back to where they were a few seconds ago.

I think 2fort and goldrush need a reboot. My ping has been horrible on these maps for the last two nights.
I know it's not my connection because my other servers are just fine.

Haven't been on 2fort in a day or so though....
