Not sure if in this context its abuse, but seems like it to me.

Around 4:30 am PST, several players started meleeing in the sewers. It got to the point where it was about a 40/60 split during a game that had been going on for about an hour+, and votekicks were being thrown down on anyone who refused to use melee only.

2 players seemed to be performing the votekick spam frequently.

And yes, I was votekicked at the end, my sentry happened to kill one of them.
