Almost makes me want a 360 - OmegaZero_Alpha - Nov 16, 2011

So my brother got this mouse and keyboard adapter and was showwing me how hilariously easy it is to destroy everything in MW3 and BF3.

Goddamn these children online were so ass-pained. MAN THAT'S CHEATING ENJOY YOUR CONSOLE BAN. (subtle note to how the ToS never mention third party hardware that's externally added without console modification)

most hilarious 100$ ever spent.

Has anybody else tried one of these gizmos?

Yup same thing for the ps3. There are (somehow) more idiots on consoles than pc. Though it's mw3 so you could probably do this on a pc too pretty easily once you learned the maps because that's all the skill involved in mw3.

ive never heard of a xim.
Could someone confirm if im right from what ive seen?
You get an adapter, and use a mouse and keyboard on a 360.
And playing with a mouse and keyboard is easier than a controller?
If so, could someone link me a place to buy one in AUS for PS3?
xD

I tried to find one for PS3, no luck.

And yeah, it's basically a computer that corrects all of the input problems associated with directly interfacing a keyboard and mouse with the 360. Before you would have a dead-zone, so you would have to move your mouse quite a lot just to get the cursor to move, and then you would have sensitivity issues caused by joystick acceleration. XIM fixes all of this with its own firmware.

The PS3 equivalent is called the "Eagle Eye"
