I am Co-owner of a sourceOP server, not the host. But we share, and my administrator account will not login on another computer with the following error messages and differences between each.
Correct information as said just times out without finding a connection.
Correct information with extra 5 digit port on the end goes into a connecting loop saying
Connection error: 11004
Valid name, no data record of requested type.
Im not really sure what the second means but could some one explain The correct info?

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to use the remote admin thing? If so, what are you specifying for server IP and port?

68.82.25.79(w/ 5 digit port):27015 and the port is 2035 though the default is different

That's all incorrect. For IP use just the IP without the collon or port and then for the port itself use 2153. This should become clear to you if you use the server editor (click the "->" button next to the drop down list) and add your server that way.

1. update the wiki, it says 2035
2. I tried both with port and without

It should look something like this:
Edit: I forget if I changed the port to 2153 before or after the current release of SourceOP, so try both and let me know.

Would you mind going into more detail so that I can help prevent the problem from coming up in the future or diagnose it quicker? Also, was it port 2153?
