Source op crashs in hl2dm - lastpaepae - Oct 27, 2011

I install the new version of SourceOP on my windows hl2dm server,
the server will not start and if i try to load sourceop with "plugin_load" cmd it crashs the server. no error msg.

does any one know why this is?
