The Problem is if you can not ANNOUNCE your forum rule changes in a timely fashion on ALL FORUM SECTIONS so all members will know its getting changed it would not be a problem. Most people like me only read the Item Trading section for Unusuals.
The bug is in the ATTITUDE the admins give when a person UNKNOWNINGLY breaks a small rule like bumping because there was NO announcements on ALL forums that the rule was being changed.

was posted for 2 weeks now in stickies (both sections) and announcement, quit crying.
