Votekicked and banned today on normal map server - Watsyurdeal - Sep 02, 2011

Today I was votekicked for idling on the server, even though I was playing Sniper and actively moving around sniping people.

This person started the vote, reason being because he literally was calling everyone on the server a fag and I caled him out on it.

Is there anyway I can get this banned overturned?
