Ok, obviously. I am just trying to say they need a job right away. Some people dont get a job fast after they complete school. My sister finished biotechnology and she hasn't found a job, in that field.

Yeah, I hear you there. The best way to get a job is to get experience on a resume or portfolio.
The work they put into something like this seems inane until you think about it and you realize that projects like this can be put into a portfolio to prove you have the skills and experience to apply your education.
I know that when I couldn't get a job (because IT isn't a worker saturated industry, amirite?) I put in a lot of voulonteer work to get reccomendations and proven work ours in. Not so much applicable for biotechnology (depending widely on whatever her specialty), but it's still worth looking at.

most media is some form of artwork and getting to know people is beyond important, doing things like this definitely help though.
