You have to configure gameMe as running the beetlesmod (hlx_say, etc.) plugin.

Oh. Beats me. Can you check the console to see that they're sending the expected rcon commands? Is it all broken or is it just the menus (e.g. thing shown after saying "rank") that are broken.

When I type in rank, top10, or place, the command is typed to chat, everyone can see you typing said commands, and nothing pops up.
Here's a piece from the console:

It's not complaining about command not found?

Kill notices / menus do not show up.
