Just what the thread says how can I use rocket jumper and sticky jumper to my advantage?
I tried a couple of ways (some of them worked, some of them failed), but I would like to hear your ways.

before the health penalty, the rocket jumper was great for getting to mid a good 10 seconds before everyone else in a 6v6

You could have potentially used it to steal the enemy demoman's health and shotty him, but with the nerf, it's not very feasible. Sticky jumper might still be useful though.

Well, it's supposed to be a training weapon, not intended to be used in combat. So training is pretty much the only use, though some modified servers with unlimited health and ammo have an advantage. It's also fun just annoying people with them and flying across the map.

My friend found a bug were equalizer taunt only did falling damage if you had the rocket jumper equipped, though I heard they fixed it...

They should make a new rocket launcher that does no damage but a 500% increased blast radius and 200% increased blast force.
