Reminds me of my last job in banking call center managment...so glad I dont do that anymore...I hate people less now...anyway, I digress...

While the dissappointment of uncontrolled human nature killed it, it is nice to see your effort to try and do cool things to help everyone get all they can out of the seasonal events...
