You need to give more information. Explain what you did and what is not working.
The usual procedure for adding an image as a sig is to click on profile and under the signature section in the large space you put [ img ]http://img546.imageshack.us/img546/9354/sigso.jpg[ /img ] except remove the spaces within the square brackets.
