DF_funcoffs.txt updates - Drunken F00l - Oct 06, 2010

Every time a Source engine game updates, it is possible that SourceOP's understanding of the game's binaries will break. This can cause crashes or erratic behavior. To fix it, the DF_funcoffs.txt needs to be updated.
