Melee Idea End of Round - Gravemind - Sep 13, 2010

Hey,

Today we had a great Melee fight with Heavy only in the last 5 Minutes of the game. My Idea is, to have melee only in the last 5 or 10 minutes triggered by a Vote or forced.
