Hello.. I need some help with connection. when i try to connect my server
only this comes up

Attempting connection to 217.208.84.132.
Connection error.
10061:
Connection is forcefully rejected
Closing connection.

what to do? please help me..

Make sure you are using the right port and that the port is open on your router/firewall.
