-some guy was spamming wavs named 'unnamed'
and
-contact admin not working, so i couldn't let admin know of the problem

The contact admin pops up the server map list instead of the usual form to choose what level of problem. It might just be me, but I tried twice and got the same thing.

This is the guy who was spamming wavs. It was not a constant spam, but it was short 2-3 second voice clips played throughout the game every few minutes on average.

How long did you wait to see if the form would load? Sometimes it can take up to like 60 seconds (and sometimes more) to load the form.

Also as an alternative you can just open your browser and go to http://www.sourceop.com/contactadmin.php

I only waited about 10 seconds. I'll try to wait a long while next time to see if its just slow. Thanks

When the window comes up you will see the motd. This means the contact admin page is loading and do not click continue.
