Okay, for the formum fotmats i propose making 2 more categories:

1. resolved bugs/problems: with the creation of this category, all problems in the bug/problem section should be moved here after the problem is deemed solved/unsolvable, threads moved here should be closed.

2. Off topic. THIS ONE IS GREATLY NEEDED, all posts that veer off topic should be moved here as soon as they are discovered, BUT NOT CLOSED. allow people to keep posting on these so that they dont go and ruin every other thread in the forum.

Whatever, heres set 2:

The first thing would be a relevence meter, where people can vote on the relevence of posts (like a one-to-five thing)

We should use forums points. like the admin can award (or punish) based on the relevence of a post. another cool thing would be if you could get points in the sourceop server (if it gets back up sometime) based on the ammount of points in the forums (like spend points on some credits)

We should always use more stats other than posts/day (like chars-per-post and average relevence)
