I finally just made a donation and want to know if the server is full of reserved slot players will it kick one for another reserved slot player??

No there is a maximum number of reserved slots(16 or 14 i think somewhere along those lines.) If you try to connect with a reserved slot while the limit is reached it will reject the connection. Don't worry though last I played that didn't happen very often.

The maximum number is 16.
If all 16 slots are full you have to wait for someone to leave before you can join. This is usually not that common of a problem. If it does happen it takes about 10 minutes or so at most for a spot to open up.
