well daily i will log into xfire to view the players in the source op server, and probally join it, sometimes it hets no info from the server, i am too lazy to join thru steam (and see if the server isreally down), but my question is does the server really go down semi often
also lastnight i kept getting a error about tables (onother reason to believe the server is down)

i think the sourceop server is down because of this damned update steam crammed down our game-pipes...

No it isn't the server, not this time anyways :roll: Valve changed a lot of stuff around in the update and it messed a lot fo crap up for servers. Most if not all of the servers using 3rd party plugins got killed from it.

yeah, steam needs to die. if it werent for they're tryannical grip over anything to do with half-life than we woudnt be having this problem, we could just choose not to install the update (steam cant have that, then we'd be people instead of financial tokens...)
