1. How to get Community Weapons?
2. How to get Soldier's Medal?

1. Community weapons are given to players who contribute to the TF2 community, aka contributing a map that gets picked up by valve, making a fan video, etc. Pretty much making something that gets noticed by Valve. The only way to get one of these would be to contribute something.
2. The soldier medal was given away for a limited time during the Classless Update last year. There was a link to a hidden page where you could enter your account info and receive it in-game. You will not be able to get this one any time soon.
