Player on valve maps server #1 around 2pm EST who had wallhacks. He was able to spot me anywhere as a cloaked spy. I have a few demos to prove this. Please perm ban. I used the contact admin page but no admin showed up.
The demo maxim9.dem has a status shot in console displaying players name and steamid if you need it.

I played with someone who had a similar name a couple days ago
I killed him over and over again while I was playing scout, didn't really notice anything off, just another terrible player. He did get pretty angry at me though when I started taunting him. I don't really have any useful input.
