I thought every player hated players camping to get easy kills but no..
In the map runoff,ia few days ago,n the crossbow/health spawn building there 3 of the enemy waiting, all camping.
So of course when ther enemy (eg, me) went in there, facing 3 enemy, well not much chance there.
I raised this point and got abuse for it, stop whining,bitching,etc and rather rude comments which nothing to defuse the situation and in fact just made it worse.
I have told players about the fact there is no rule to stop players spawn killing as some players do not like this, but camping, I thought I was going to get a positive recation about my comments, so a few players abused me and the rest just kept quiet as it seems players are just too scared to voice an opinion as they get abuse.
it should not be this way, but it seems a few small minded players, who were incidentally on the enemy side though nothing of the camping of 3 players, that really it was not unfair.
Come on, it is very clear why players do not interact, they just get severe abuse for some very good points not always i agree and just it seems
a small minority of players want to stir trouble and then have the audacity to think other players are being rude and they are not.
every time I play I get more frustrated by the players who think being arrogant and pretentious so have to insult other players, avoid being helpful to noobies and of course loving the easy kills is the only way to play hl2 deathmatch.
Why cannot players just be nicer, or is this just not possible ?
Some players even carry on grudges week to week, come on, when a player has made a good point & you agree or disgaree, say so, please do not be scared to voice your opinion just because how a small minority of players treat other players who speak out.
Then please everybody just get over it !!!!

just a question. how can there be an abuse? obviously they weren't admins or were they? if it's a player vs player situation, I think you just have to deal with it :wink:

ive delt with ppl like this many times but im one of the few ppl who just don't giva f**k about what other players think or the abuse they dish out. Becuz usaully i can shut them up pretty fast.....or just plain ignor them...Anyways the point of this post is"the world is full of a$$holez u just hav 2 deal with it.......Its a game screw everyone else just hav fun urself,,,but don't b an a$$hat

well when I am online it is very difficult to know if admin is there unless they identify themselves...and sometimes they do then apparently go away...and yes, i understand admin do not live online.
And yes, it was other players and it just annnoys me that some players just want to stir trouble by saying something rude and when a player tries to calm situation down, then other players start the abuse.
Yes, I am trying to ignore comments by thankfully a very small minority of players who it seems just some into this server to start arguments...(er, one particular admin/player was a good example) and I could quote other players (but I will not) who think being very rude with abuse is a way to settle a dispute and most players just want to play and ignore player's comments but I am still working on when to stop with my comments. There is still a lot of work to go...sometimes I am just too opinionated...lol
