What is going on with the attackers having the ability to change into props.

I can say its more difficult to shoot a bush or a milk can than just a normal pyro or heavy..

Can this to be fixed on the server or is this something that everybody can use?

I'm pretty sure this happens after you lag out. Recording a demo and then stopping it usually fixes it.

And uhm... so that floating pyro over on the right. Is that your hacks...or?
