Ok guys. I made a huge mistake. I had the idle program running and apparently i went to a css server with vac enabled. I totally forgot i had the idle program up. Will that trigger a vac ban? Please help me here. I am really stressed out since my steam has around 30 games worth around $80+

No, you will not get vac banned for using the idler.

No dude but i went into css while that idler was running and it was a secured CSS server. So is that a ban or no? I am really shaking upside down. And i have a headache.
