I know this is a long shot, but is there any chance that the arena server could be turned into a no-crit arena server? I just think that crits serve have no place in arena ; its a bit more skill based than regular maps. Plus, having to sit out after you die to a random crit is frustrating.
Also, I think an admin should visit more often as there are quite a few racist and annoying people that frequent there and make a nuisance.

I'm there every day but I don't always have the sound on as it gets spammy and distracting. Feel free to message me on Steam to get my attention if there's a situation you want me to look at. Also if you have names of specific players causing a nuisance, I can keep a look out when they're on.
I do agree with your opinions on the crits, especially on an all-arena server. Just my 2 cents though.

I concur. Random crits ruin a good skill based arena match.
If someone want crits they can use the kritzkrieg or get first blood.

I'm on there at least once per day. Feel free to add me to steam friends and message me if someone is hacking/mic spamming etc. and I'll be sure to look into it ASAP.
As for no crits, I can understand completely how you feel, I honestly wish crits weren't in TF2 period (besides the kritzkrieg of course). I'm up for it but I also feel it goes back on what the server originally is supposed to be, no mods.

'No mods' could be taken out of the title and I guarantee you that server won't be any less popular. But either way, it's not really a mod. It's just changing a cvar from 1 to 0.

Exactly. The crit rate is low enough that if random crits were removed, not too many people would care, but it does happen, and it's just incredibly frustrating.

I second this, I too really hate the crits that happen, and I made this account just to express my hate for crits.
Also would it be possible to get a minimum ping instated? It's really annoying fighting a pyro with 300 ping that you can't hit b/c he is teleporting but he still sets you on fire. Or even worse playing snipers with 300 ping who can get headshots so easily b/c of lag compensation.

I believe 400 ping is where the servers are set to auto-kick (DF can confirm). Below that, you have the option to votekick if the lagging is a real problem.
