Hello! I'm new to posting on SourceOP, but I have frequented your servers for years and decided to donate about 2 days ago.
I tried to use my reserved slot numerous times, but I think I might of messed up during the information input donation process. I did donate $10 though.
Steam name: Mookies
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:24625633
Any help would be grateful! I do appreciate the time Admins take to help me out!

If you wish to join the SourceOP server(s) with your reservation slot you have to join the server through the console.
eg:
join 67.228.59.146:27015
This is the SourceOP.com TF2 24/7 2fort [INSTANT RESPAWN] server. If you join though the server browser, the reservation slot won't work.

I've tried to join through the console, but it never works.
I think I messed up in information on the Steam ID when I donated. Is there a way to check or fix it?

Try to go to the donation page again, and see if the SteamID is being filled in for you. Match it with your own.

What I am saying is I think I typed my username into the Steam ID, instead of leaving it as STEAM_0:1:24625633.
How do I fix this?

The donation page has a huge information box regarding this. I'm afraid I can't help you further with this as I'm not managing the donations. Once I get home I'll forward you some info that might be able to help you.
